To "Self Certify", send us an email so we can create your "Self Certified Form" on the website.
We need the following information:
1. Your Name
2. Email Address
3. Your Farm Name (Optional)
4. Street Address (Optional)
5. City and State
6. Telephone Number (Optional)
7. Website or Facebook page (Optional)
8. All the things you produce on your farm: sheep, cows, goats, chickens, eggs, dairy, honey, produce, etc.
9. Breed of Animal Raised or Milked, or Type of Produce, type of bees raised.
10. Tell us as much as you can about your operation, and how long you have been chemical free, your practices, methods, and things you would like to share about your operation.
Don't be shy, this is all free advertising for you.
In the future, we will have fillable PDF documents that will let you provide detailed certification information that can be posted on this website.
This can be as little information as you want to provide, or it can be the same information that a USDA Organic Inspector will see for certification.
We will also have a place for other people that know you to "witness" for you that you are telling the truth and that your farm really is chemical free.
